Shipping & Returns

Please check the shipping costs before buying. I will not negotiate shipping after a sale has been made. If you have any questions about the shipping please e-mail me at QualityCollectiblesandStuff@gmail.com I try to keep the shipping and packaging costs as low as possible while offering fast delivery. Breakable items are shipped by priority mail and are insured. Items are shipped on a daily basis.

I will ship using USPS tracking service.

It may not be possible to combine shipping on some items, due to box sizes and the necessary packing material needed to insure that they arrive in good condition. If you are thinking about purchasing more than one item please e-mail me and ask before buying!

Returns will not be accepted on any cosmetic product.

Other returns: You must contact me before any return will be accepted, to acquire an RMA #. Returns will be refunded via original payment. Returned items must be in original condition for credit to be issued. If Items are damaged during transit the purchaser agrees to aid in filing insurance claims with our insurer. We are currently insuring our packages with Shipsurance. Shipsurance requires a picture of the damaged item and an affidavit signed by the recipient.
